1. A vice-director

　　No more than 40 years old, with good character and conduct, practicing experiences of 3

years or over, good background in law, proficient English and Mandarin and experiences of

foreign-related legal services;

2. Three lawyers

　　No more than 50 years old, with good character and conduct, Lawyer's Practice

Certificate, experiences in legal practice, proficient English and Mandarin;

3. Several practicing lawyers

　　No more than 25 years old, with good character and conduct, bachelor degree and proficient English, from Japan, France, Germany, Korea, Great Britain and other countries;

4. Practicing lawyers

　　No more than 25 years old, with good character and conduct, and LLB

5. A secretary

　　Female no more than 45 or male no more than 50, with excellent writing skill in Chinese and considerable communication ability.

6. Foreigners who understand English and Chinese;

　　Foreign students who study in universities of China.
